You will receive an activation email followed by welcome email with your membership details within 24 hours, upon activation.

No. Membership is complimentary. 

No, name used for membership sign-up must be same as appeared in travel document.

This is a lifetime membership but the miles earned are valid for 36 months from the date of accumulation.

All accumulated miles should expire in 36 months from the date of accumulation.

You will receive a welcome email upon successful registration, with your unique frequent flyer number stated in the email. You may keep this email for reference.

Go to http://www.malindoair.com/Malindomiles, enter your email address and click "Forgot Password". A reset password email will be sent to your email ID to reset your password.

No, only the name of the passenger listed in the said travel itinerary, who is a member of the Malindo Miles will be entitled for Miles accrual.

Please write in to us within fourteen (14) days from the miles missing date. Any late submission may result in non-crediting of miles. 

  • Please fill up your Malindo Miles Frequent Flyer number when booking your flight.
  • Earning of miles is based on the base fare excluding the taxes and service charges.
  • Members can choose to perform partial or full flight miles redemption.
  • Miles can be used for flights redemption.
  • Miles will be credited into your account within fourteen (14) working days after departure date.

The miles accrual starts effective 21 November 2014 onwards.

Please note that miles accrual only starts from 21 November 2014 onwards. For departures before 21 November 2014, are not entitled for miles accrual. To entitle for miles accrual, do remember to key in your frequent flyer number at the point of booking or check-in. If the frequent flyer number is not provided at either of these points, Miles will not be credited.

No, promotional fares are not entitled for miles accrual.

Yes, please email your request to mm@malindoair.com within fourteen (14) days. Any late submission may result in non-crediting of miles. Do remember to include your Malindo Miles Frequent Flyer membership number and ticket number that starts with 816xxxxxxxxxx.

Miles that you have just earned will be credited into your account within fourteen (14) working days from departure date.

Please follow the steps below:

i. Visit http://www.malindoair.com/Malindomiles and sign in to your account

ii. Click on "Redemption"

iii. Select the destination you would like to redeem

And you are done!

Note : Redemption of miles will only take place from year 2015 onwards.
