Group Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Group Size
- Minimum group size is 10 passenger and above.
2. Airfares Quotation
- Fare quotation is based on seat availability upon request and applicable for three (3) working days only.
- Re-quotation is applicable for one (1) working day only.
- Air fare and booking class may vary upon confirmation.
- Fare quoted inclusive of base fare, taxes and in-flight entertainment (except ATR flight).
Baggage Allowance
- Economy cabin (OD only) : 25kg except Dhaka - 35kg
- Business cabin (OD only) : 40kg
- All ATR flight : 15kg
Note : Those flights operated by Batik Air 20kg on Economy and 30kg on Business cabin
3.Applicable Routing
- Re-routing is not permitted for group booking.
4.Ticketing / Namelist
- Namelist must be submitted latest 14 days before departure.
- Ticketing 10 days before departure.
5.Penalties / Changes
Name Change
- Before Ticketing : Permitted
- After Ticketing :

- More than 48 hours : Two passenger name change is allowed without penalty. Subsequent change is allowed with penalty.
- Domestic Flight : MYR100 per passenger
- International Flight : MYR150 per passenger - Less than 48 hours : Name change is not permitted
- More than 48 hours : Two passenger name change is allowed without penalty. Subsequent change is allowed with penalty.
Date Change
- Before 45 days departure allowed to change date with penalty and fare difference
- Domestic Flight: MYR100 per passenger
- International Flight : MYR200 per passenger - Less than 45 days date change not allowed
6.Cancellation
- Before 45 days departure, cancellation allowed up to 20% without any charges.
*If transit passenger, cancellation on connecting segments allowed up to 20% without any chargers.
Note : In the event cancellation more than 20%, full deposit paid will be forfeited for each passenger released - Between 45 days to 21 days, cancellation allowed up to 20% with full deposit forfeited for each passenger

Note : In the event cancellation more than 20%, full payment will be forfeited for each passenger released - Below 21 days, no cancellation allowed. 100% Materilazation rate applied
Note : In the event if there is cancellation of seats, full payment will be forfeited for each passenger released
*If passenger holding more than 1 PNR with different fare, seats are allowed to release in lower fare PNR only.
7.Payment Information

- To be paid within 3 days (72 hours) upon request of group fare
- Seat will be secured once deposit is fully paid.
- Travelling date within 1 month, full payment is required upon acceptance of fare quoted in order to secure the seats.
Full Payment
- Must be completed 21 days before departure.
- Taxes may vary at point of ticketing.
Note: Full payment is non-refundable once collected.
Payment Mode
- Cash/cheque deposit or
- Credit Card (Master/Visa) or
- GIRO
Note : - Cheque deposit is NOT accepted if departure date is within 14 days.
- The bank in slip should be scanned and email to group@malindoair.com

8.Clause
- For peak dates/blackout date or special events where a group takes a significant proportion of the aircraft capacity,
- Malindo Air may stipulate a high deposit requirements or more restrictive payment and ticketing deadline.
9.Operation Hours
Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
Weekend and Public holidays - closed
REMARKS: Malindo Air reserves the right to amend or revise the terms & conditions as it deems fit.
