Please write in to us within fourteen (14) days from the miles missing date. Any late submission may result in non-crediting of miles. 

• Please fill up your Malindo Miles Frequent Flyer number when booking your flight.
• Earning of miles is based on the base fare excluding the taxes and service charges.

• Miles can be used for flights redemption.
• Miles will be credited into your account within fourteen (14) working days after departure date.

The miles accrual starts effective 21 November 2014 onwards.

Please note that miles accrual only starts from 21 November 2014 onwards. For departures before 21 November 2014, are not entitled for miles accrual. To entitle for miles accrual, do remember to key in your frequent flyer number at the point of booking or check-in. Additional Baggage Allowance will be accorded; additional 5kg for Gold and 10kg for Platinum cardmembers.
