Due to the ongoing Covid-19 global crisis, some countries in the Malindo Air network have imposed travel restrictions based on nationalities, the cities of origin, travel history, or the purpose of the travel.

Malindo Air is closely monitoring the developments and has arranged for waivers for those whose travel plans are affected for immediate travel.

Passengers whose ticket are eligible for waiver as specified in Schedule 1 has the following options:

1. Refund: Notice of cancellation must be a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
2. Exchange: 1x Change Fee waived and Fare Difference applies

Please refer to Schedule 1 for further information. Kindly ensure this revision is cascaded to all front liners, line stations, team members and departments concerned.
