We take extra precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of you and your loved ones. If you are expecting a child or will travel with one, please bear in the mind the following.
Information & services for pregnancy flying guest
Expectant mothers at any point of their pregnancy are advised to consult with a doctor/physician first if flying will be safe for both mother and baby. It is your responsibility to inform us of your pregnancy at the point of flight reservation and at the check-in counters prior to boarding. Carriage of pregnant guests is subject to the conditions below:
For pregnancies up to 27 weeks
- Passenger is required to sign a Release and Indemnity Form to be allowed carriage.
For pregnancies from 28-35 weeks
- Passenger shall produce a doctor's letter confirming that she is fit to travel and the date the certificate is issued shall not be more than seven (7) days from the scheduled flight departure date. The passenger will be required to sign a Release and Indemnity Form.
For pregnancies from 35 weeks and above
- Pregnancy above 35 weeks will be refused carriage.
