General Information for Group Booking

• Minimum 10 passengers and above per departure flight.
• Fare quotation will be provided within 48 hours upon receipt of group request.
• Fare quotation is based on seat availability upon request and applicable for three (3) working days only.
• Fare will be quoted based on current seat availability and group booking payment and conditions will be advised upon confirmation.
• Payment can be made via credit cards, cheque and cash payment to Malindo Air's bank account.
  ***Note : - Cheque deposit is NOT accepted if departure date is within 14 days.
• Group Booking Benefits:
  • Flexible payment: Pay deposit first and the balance can be made 21 days before your traveling date.
  • Dedicated support is available to assist with your booking.
  • Fare quoted inclusive of base fare, airport taxes, in-flight entertainment (except ATR flight).
  **subject to the destination flown.
  • No admin fees or service charge for payment via credit card.
• Namelist submition latest 14 days before departure
  • 2 Passenger name changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your flight departure and before tickets issuance.
  • Standrad group seating arrangement is available after ticket issuance.
• Groupdesk Operation Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
• Free Baggage Allowance
  i. Economy cabin (OD only) : 25kg except Dhaka - 35kg
  ii. Business cabin (OD only) : 40kg
  iii. All ATR flight : 15kg
• Meal on Board
  i. Super Saver (O,X,V) - No meal
  ii. Economy Value, Flexi - Complimentary Meal
  iii. Business Cabin - Complimentary Meal
