KUALA LUMPUR, 27 SEP 2016 – Malindo Air, Malaysia’s premium service airline officially announced today that all bookings are now open for its new Kuala Lumpur-Chiang Mai-Kuala Lumpur services which will commence operation on 30 October 2016. The 7x weekly service to Chiang Mai, the major gateway to Northern Thailand, marks the airline's second destination in Thailand after Bangkok.
Malindo Air flight OD 530 will depart every day from KLIA at 10.35 am and arrive at Chiang Mai International Airport at 12.20 pm local time. Chiang Mai is one hour behind Kuala Lumpur time. The return flight will depart Chiang Mai at 1.40 pm and arrive at KLIA at 5.25 pm.
Promotional fares from KLIA to Chiang Mai for the new route start from RM199 for Economy Class and RM299 for Business Class one-way all- inclusive, with perks such as free baggage allowance, in-flight entertainment and meal.

The narrow-body Boeing 737-800NG aircraft with a seat capacity of 162, with 12 Business Class and 150 Economy Class seats, will be deployed on the 1,762 kilometre route.
