Service Recovery for WUH Coronavirus Outbreak 23012020

Dear All,
As a review with recent health situation (Coronavirus Outbreak) at Wuhan (WUH), CHINA, below is Malindo Air travel advisory into and out of Wuhan (WUH), CHINA.

Any guest holding a valid Malindo Air (816) ticket to and from WUHAN, issued on/before -23rd JAN 2020 and travelling to and from WUHAN between 24th JAN 2020 till the 08th FEB 2020 are given the following options:

1. Reroute to any China destination (which operating by Malindo Air)

  • One (1) change allowed to re-route
  • Change fee & Fare Differences will be waived
  • Subject to seat availability
  • Ground transportation cost & HOTAC should be borne by the passengers
  • All changes must be made prior to the original ticketed departure date
  • Validity of new travel date is not more than 3months from the original departure
  • All details of the original ticket are to be shown on the new ticket including fare basis and fare calculation

2. Refund is permitted in terms of voucher or cash
