In view of the extended Restricted Movement Order issued by the Malaysian Government, the Malindo Air Call Center which normally closes daily at 2200 hours will now be revised to operate from 0900 to 1700 hours (Malaysia Time GMT +8) for the period 28 March to 14 April 2020.

The Call Center is also experiencing a very high volume of calls and emails due to the ongoing crisis. Customers who do not have immediate or urgent travel requirements, to call at a later date or email to customer_care@malindoair.com for any assistance required. We will then contact the passengers as required.
