In view of the announcement for Movement Control Order (MCO 2.0) for Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, P.Pinang, Johor, Melaka & Sabah for the period 13 January 2021 up to 26 January 2021, Malindo Air is offering the following options to provide added flexibility to its passengers.
A. Eligibility:
• Malindo Air tickets issued on or before 11 January 2021 for travel between 13 January 2021 up to 26 January 2021.
B. Booking Options:
• 1x Free Of Charge (FOC) change permitted per passenger to move the travel date within 12 months from the original flight date with fare difference
C. Refund Option:
• Refunds is permitted in terms of travel voucher
• Redemption of voucher must be within 12 months of voucher date
• Travel date is based on seat inventory range of 11 months ahead of redemption date
