The Immigration authorities of various countries have been issuing new guidelines to passengers travelling between Mainland China and Hong Kong to their respective countries. The conditions vary from country to country and are being updated very frequently with revised entry conditions.
Malindo Air will need to comply with the entry requirements imposed by these countries and passport checks will be conducted. In addition, passengers are required to voluntarily inform the airline in the event they do not meet the countries immigration and health entry requirements based on the latest notifications.
In view of the above, passengers are notified that it is their responsibility to ensure that they have the latest updates by contacting the Immigration and Health Authorities of the countries concerned, which involves travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong and the countries concerned, as part of their travel itinerary.
All passengers affected by these revised entry restrictions will be permitted to seek a full refund or re-book to a new travel date, based on the following Terms and Conditions:
• Tickets purchased on or before 10 Feb 2020 for travel dates from 10 Feb 2020 to 29 Feb 2020
• The revised travel must be completed within 6 months of the original date of purchase

Passengers who purchased tickets via Travel Agents will be required to refer to their Travel agent for the changes or to submit the refund.
